Mechanisms of Disease I (COM 1704)

This is a multidisciplinary course which incorporates foundational aspects of embryology, histology, cell-molecular biology, clinical anatomy, biochemistry, and physiology of the nervous system. This course provides osteopathic medical students with comprehensive understanding of the structure, hierarchical organization, functions of the nervous system, as well as basic pathologic processes.
